 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential, one-on-one coaching through a secure virtual platform.

    • Organizational communication

    • Readiness for increased responsibility

    • Succession and career-development planning

  • Interpret and debrief 360-degree assessment results when applicable.

  • Help participants convert assessment feedback into specific, measurable development actions.

  • Reinforce concepts introduced through the leadership-development curriculum.

  • Maintain appropriate boundaries between coaching, supervision, therapy, and performance management.

  • Protect the confidentiality of coaching conversations while providing permissible aggregate participation and progress information to McGarity.

  • Identify concerns that fall outside the coaching relationship and follow established escalation protocols.

  • Coordinate scheduling and program alignment with McGarity’s project manager and leadership-development team.

  • Contribute observations about common development needs without identifying individual participants.

  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed coaching sessions.

  • Participate in periodic project-team meetings and program reviews as needed.

  • Excellent listening, questioning, facilitation, and feedback skills.

  • Ability to deliver coaching effectively in a virtual environment.

  • Strong professional judgment and commitment to confidentiality.

  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary consulting team while maintaining the integrity of the coaching relationship.
